Training Schedule by Age Group
U/9 & U/10
- • Fun drills and basic skills
- • Fun games and enjoyment
- • Warm-up: 15 minutes
- • Dribbling: 5 minutes
U/12
- • Warm-up (15 mins): Light jog, stretching
- • Technical drills (30 mins): Dribbling, passing, shooting
- • Small-sided games (30 mins): 3v3 or 4v4
- • Cool-down (15 mins): Stretching, feedback
U/14
- • Warm-up (15 mins): Dynamic stretching, ball handling
- • Technical drills (45 mins): Passing, receiving, shooting
- • Speed and agility training (30 mins): Shuttle runs, cone drills
- • Scrimmage (30 mins): 7v7 or 8v8
- • Cool-down (15 mins): Stretching, feedback
U/16
- • Warm-up (15 mins): High-intensity running, ball handling
- • Tactical drills (45 mins): Positioning, team shape, set pieces
- • Fitness training (30 mins): Interval training, endurance
- • Scrimmage (30 mins): 11v11
